Everyone is his own biggest enemy. Cause you can only fight yourself and whatever happens, wether you defeat yourself or win, you'll always loose at the end.
I think that's the real reason for everyone not being honest to themselves.
So at one point you just should stop giving a fuck and do or say whatever you like, because it can't get any worse.
Just think about it.
